「Clean room, great staff, pool is nice and pet friendly.」

「Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. There was also an issue with temperature - room was extremely cold and manager suggested to provide us with a heater. However, we didn’t take this option and drove back home. We...

「The property is just as described. We stayed in a king room and it was huge. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. And the view is unbeatable. It’s also close enough to the main attractions downtown without being in the middle of it. We would definitely stay here again.」

「I booked this B&B for my aunt who was in town for an event and she absolutely loved it. It was conveniently located and she said the staff went out of their way to make her stay enjoyable. She also said the breakfast was lovely. All in all, she was very happy with the accommodations.」
