「It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.」

「Great location! Everything is in such close proximity to the loft:) we stayed specifically for the Kings games at golden 1 center. We didn’t even rent a car. Short Uber rides everywhere. The DOCO has a lot to offer but I was pleased with the places walking distance from the loft. The temple for coffee. Cantina alley is fun and “The Sandwich Spot” always hits the spot. Definitely recommend」

「If I could rate this higher for location, I would! Walkable to nearly everywhere I wanted to be and right across from Tupi Coffee! Check-in was a little glitchy, but we got it straightened out. A handbook would help to provide wifi password, garbage pick up, check out procedure, etc. The space was comfortable for two of us and large enough that our adult children could come over for cocktails. Sorry to say Tupi is relocating but will have rooftop seating in the new place.」

「This upstairs unit is a spotless, snug apartment in a central location to all Sacramento has to offer. Cautions - This is a building from the 1890s. The off street parking is a plus, but be warned, it is as narrow as advertised. The interior stairs are steep and a bit irregular. We didn't have a problem, but thought they were worth mentioning.
