"夏に登山の為利用しました お部屋は清潔感がありとても綺麗でした スタッフの方はお一人しか いないようでしたが丁寧に対応して 頂きましたのでここまでの評価は良いのですが ただエアコンがなくて 本当に暑くて熱中症の心配しました いくら雪国でもエアコンが無くては 快適には過ごせません"

"二段ベットに子供達は喜んでいましたが、柵が甘いので抜け落ちてしまいそうで、怖かったので、寝るのは下の段にしました。二段ベットを楽しみにしていたので残念です。縦にも柵があると安心でした。 隣の部屋の声は丸聞こえです。 ですが、価格と相応だと思います。総合的には満足なのでまた伺いたいです"

"滑雪小屋,極近滑雪道,每天睡在滑雪場之中^^, 500yen 早餐, 1500yen晚餐, 食物質素可以,但天天同款...., 如果純在石打丸滑雪,這小屋價錢平,ski in out 方便出入。利用滑雪場巴士也可以出入越後湯澤。小屋入口在滑雪道,比較難找和難運行李！和別人留言的住宿體驗一樣,早上暖水是生鏽水！冷水沒問題, 暖氣不太暖,請自行帶露營睡袋,否則睡不了。床褥薄,很硬。地下室可放行李,早到晚走也沒問題,但沒人看管。如果是滑雪又想經濟實惠,我還是會推介這小屋的。另外每天早上壓雪車在你窗前整理滑雪道, 一定不會懶床, 哈哈。如果希望舒適的旅遊,或者可以租比較貴一點像樣一點的酒店。"

"The staff didn't give accurate information - all the staff were Chinese so both English and Japanese language was not clear. There are 2 separate buildings. It's a very steep hill to the hotel, so it was very tiring to walk carrying luggage. The bath was not available at the time that we stayed. The toilets are small. But the room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The showers were also hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. There are better places to stay in this area."

"breakfast was not very 'japanese' in style, some of the dinner items found its way into the breakfast tray!"

"Liked the traditional Japanese hotel style, as well as the onset which was very hot and was much needed after a day of skiing. Staff was very accommodating and helpful when needed"
