“Bed in #5 is lumpy and needs to be replaced. Everything else was great as usual.”

“The room was clean but looked as if it hadn’t been used in a while. The tub had some staining in the bottom. The water pressure is terrible and it took the water forever to get warm.”

“Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Could not hear any cars or trucks but heavy footsteps from upstairs and people talking from next door. Free simple breakfast. The air conditioner was a bit loud. Hallway smelled like smoke but room did not.”

“Derek at the front desk was extremely helpful to us. He deserves 5 Stars! We had a good stay at this motel. The beds were on the soft side, which I need.”

“They didn’t have any linens when we went into the hotel room. I had to call to the front desk, which there was no telephone number. I had to call a national reservation number to get the front desk number, but once the girl found out, she brought down the towels in the washcloth, but even though it seems that they had a recent remodel, one thing I didn’t like is they wanted to charge me an extra charge to have a first floor room and I’m handicap that didn’t sit real right with me and I told him……

“When I arrived I was given a room that hadn’t been made up or cleaned. After a long drive I had to go back to the office and ask for another room. Clerk was very slow. Got to my room… dirty walls drapes were too long over the ac and blew all night and had nasty looking stains on the. newly replaced furniture w the exception of one badly frayed chair. Breakfast was a joke… someone should tell them that little Debbie oatmeal pies are not breakfast food. Very limited. I grabbed a banana and yogurt……

“The smell coming from the AC was horrible. Everything felt wet....the bathroom sink was clogged. The eating area in the lobby was disgusting. Not one single clean table. The elevator was also out of service. The pool was not clean. I would never stay at this place again.”

“After I checked out, and I drove 2 and a half hours home, I was looking at my bank account and they charged me another $50. I have called several times and know one answers. My attorney will be contacting the corporate office of Best Western.”
