“The staff and manager went above and beyond to help us with a family emergency and needing to cancel some of our days. They cared and took pride in their jobs. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and beyond efficient. The rooms were spacious and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. An excellent stay. I will be back. Can't wait to see the new pool area when it's done!”

“The floor was dirty, we have a baby shower go crawls and my partner cleaned the floor with a towel and it was so dirty. Other than that, the bed and bedding were good and comfortable. ”

“Sofa bed broken . Not able to get a set of sheets fot it. Door to stairs slams shut e erytime someone comes through it . No elevator .aking it difficult for ppl with mobility issues.”

“Found a dirty diaper in our room under the sink. There was also yellow liquid in the tub. Did enjoy the upgrades and renos. Beds weee comfy. Was not a fan of a duvet without a cover, especially a ripped duvet where fluffing was coming out. Other bed did not have duvet but only a fleeced blanket. Pillows were extremely soft and lacked ”

“Staff was helpful when we had to change room to accommodate access after surgery, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who left the TV on all night long. Hard to find a quiet hotel.”

“Room was excellent. Just where the hotel is situated wasn’t the ideal best. It’s right on the side of a major highway. Lots of truck traffic all night ”

“I am very disappointed and will never stay there again. There was no heat in the room. Partying and fighting all night long, tried to phone front desk no one answered. Garbage and smoke butts all over the walk ways. I was too scared to try the pool or hot tub! I miss the old owner she was good. Restaurant food is great and workers were amazing. ”
