"Pristine is located close to the waterfront of Puerto Natales and you can walk anywhere from the hotel. The rooms are quiet, big and new, the staff is amazing ( gracias Dani & Cristina). Breakfast is good (bread, cake, crackers, jam, coffee, milk, yogurt, ham and juice). I missed chocolate to add to my milk but I could go to the corner of the street to get pastries and hot chocolate at Darwin Pastries. Pristine hotel also kept my luggage while I was in Torres de Paine for a small fee. I had a...

"LOCATION: the location is ok, Puerto Natales is a small town ~20k people so pretty much anywhere you stay is going to be close to the Plaza de Armas and Marina. SERVICE: the staff was good, when they were around. Katie helped me book my tours and gave me some great recommendations. AMENITIES: basically none. It’s a bare bones hostel. The only amenity is that you can rent all your hiking equipment from them, including boots, which is really helpful if you don’t want to carry that around for...

"We stayed in room 12 and it was huge! We had plenty of space to repack our suitcases. The shower was high-tech and amazing. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were cooked to order - so much better than eggs on a steam table! It was easily walkable to restaurants. The hosts were friendly and efficient. "
