“The staff at reception checked me in way before time when I asked for a favour. At breakfast, the bananas were green and not edible, the positive thing is that the staff looked for and found me ripe bananas. Excellent service and pleasant staff.”

“The breakfast was basic but adequate. The rooms are old but clean and have no smell. The staff were all friendly, efficient and informative. Only complaint is the size of the toilet in my room which was extremely small and very low. Would stay at this location again.”

“Very basic hotel. There was never anyone at the front desk. Coming and going, I never saw a staff member at the front desk except when I rang the bell when I checked in. Pillows on the bed were so deflated, so I asked housekeeping for an extra pillow or 2. After being told they would replace the pillows on day 2 of my 7 night stay, the pillows were never replaced or offered an extra. I ended up taking a pillow from a sofa in the lobby. “We were going to join the 10am bus tour at Dinosaur Park, so selected to stay at Brooks, which is the closest town with proper hotels. We have booked a King bed with sofa bed room and a double room at Ramada. Both rooms are nice, clean, with lot of space. Beds are comfortable. Hotel facilities are good enough to spend a good afternoon; ie. In-door swimming pool with a slide; spa and steam room; there is also an exercise room with several rather new GYM equipments.
