"Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. "

"We couldn’t be happier of founding this place which accommodated our group of 20 1 dog. The location is amazing, close to Times Square and in a very safe area. It was great to have the entire building for us, was very comfortable with room for everyone. Also, the contact with the host was perfect, with quick responses and available for whatever we needed. They even wrote to us during our stay to ask if everything was ok. Thank you very much! I definitely recommend this place!! "
