"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient and there was a convenience store next door. However, our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes still. We could hear loud people in the hallways. And there seemed to be a gathering in the room next door late at night. "

"With no air conditioning in the capsules, it gets pretty warm inside. I had to open the curtain slightly to get some draft in. But that made it barely comfortable. Besides that I'm happy overall with the stay. The hotel is right in front of a street car stop so going to hiroshima station was very easy. "

"We enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. It was very conveniently located and a quick walk from the train station. We did wish we had asked for a room on a higher floor. The view from the top floor terrace was amazing, but we were on the ground floor with a view of nothing. This room was really large compared to most of the places we stayed in Japan. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom which we weren’t expecting but really appreciated! "

"A cute, clean experience in a typical Japanese Ryokan! The onson was lovely even though its in the basement with no view. Oddly, there were very few restaurants on the island open for dinner. We did find an excellent local one. The beat part was the view of the harbour and hike and tram up the mountain!!!"

"walking distance to Hiroshima Station. Decent size room and good layout. The building is close to train tracks but not noisy. Daily room service. Needed to pay $150 yen per person per night for onsen on 10th floor even if you don’t use it, still a great deal! Easy check in/check out process. Overall had a great experience and stay. Will definitely book again in the future. "

"Great place, had beautiful morning peaceful walk before all the day tourists arrived as it gets very crowded in town later on. The hotel is super accommodating to bring or pick up luggage from/to the ferry. "
