"Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive...

"We had a great stay here! Place was nice and clean when we checked it and had all the amenities! My only (small) complaint would be the WiFi in the unit was not very strong. But aside from that, great place to vacation! "

"I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. There were few outlets in the room (and the USB chargers in the lamps were not working). The shower liner had spots of black mold on it. Lastly, the dead bolt...

"My wife and I spent a month and a half at this beautiful condo in the Seascape I cluster within Ocean Village (Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce). The condo was large, roomy, and comfortable with great views of the ocean and surrounding properties. Ocean Village was amazing with regard to the amenities offered. We've never stayed at a property with more to offer. We will return."

"This place isn’t fancy but we like it. This is our second time staying here. We had a balcony and an ocean view. The housekeeping lady was so nice. The restaurant next door has great pub food. Depending on the day there is live entertainment in the afternoon but it is quiet in the evening."
