"Extremely great experience. Despite the language barrier the staff was patient and helped with all questions. Property was very clean and it’s a convenient distance to the Narita airport. MANY MANY amenities. Will stay here again"

"Great place"

"I slept very well and enjoyed the stay in spite of being so close to the airport."

"Their breakfast was healthy, fresh, and reasonable! Highly recommended."

"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."

"The place was small but we got what we payed for and honestly was a good investment for our travels. The place was clean and had great running water and comfortable beds.We would definitely come back for our next trip."

"無料で冷凍軽食がついていてよかった"

"非常に良い"

"Nice spacious suite. The taxi to get there was a bit expensive, there is no direct bus. Staff greeted us with umbrella as there was very heavy rain, she was very kind."

"A quaint stay in a refurbished shipping container. Remarkably well organized with just enough space and amenities."

"天気が良かったらすごく良いと思いました！行った日はあいにくの雨でしたので……初グランピングだったので色々わからなかったがスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです！ありがとうございました！"

"Friendly and helpful, picked me up from train station and took me to Narita. Very quiet, took a nice walk around the area, across the street from rice paddies. "

"The room is large and comfy to accommodate 2 people. It comes with all amenities you need. This is a franchise that is operated by an old couple. They are very friendly and helpful on suggesting the surrounding to me. They are very knowledgeable about the city. It provides all amenities you need with free tea and breakfast which is not mentioned in the booking details (surprise!) The building is new and well maintained. The shower is strong enough with all up-to-date facilities. The only...

"Staff was great! We needed to arrange an early morning taxi, and they were very helpful"

"Love the customer service!! They were very helpful even though we had a language barrier. They even used their phones to translate for us. Would recommend staying there because of the staff! "

"Good"

"Was a nice stay and very friendly and kind personal."

"I, highly, recommend this place to all! It was the best stay, and i will come here again. The owner and staff are incredible nice even with a language barrier! It is a nice town to walk around and easy to find stuff to do. It had a great breakfast option of coffee, bread, and yogurt. This hotel provides so much kindess that i am in awe. Please try this place out. It is a quite a nice 15 minute walk from Keisei-Narita station, but if you have a ton of luggage then maybe call the hotel beforehand...

"It's very close to the station, convenient if you have an early morning flight from Narita, and the staff was kind. He speaks English too. I went to Sawara based on his recommendation and it was clean and useful. I don't usually like futons but the bedding was good enough."
