“Check in was easy, gentleman was kind. There looked to be workers sleeping on the couches which was surprising. I was happy to have a beach view from my window. That was a plus. However, in room 319 the left window would not stay open. The windows were dirty. Room was small and outdated. The room looked like it has never been dusted. Build up on windows, toilet paper holder, headboards. Hair in tub and on toilet. Bed was hard. On the plus side, GREAT location. I did enjoy the rocking……

“Recently refurbished. Room was very clean except the ants were a problem in the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Not much of a beach view but from the balcony we could hear and see the part of the ocean. Parking spaces were EXTREMELY small. The amenities were ok. We chose this hotel for the arcade and indoor pool because we took our grandchildren. Pool was very dirty and full of sand when we arrived. But all in all I would definelty stay here again. “Great place to stay! All the staff members I encountered were very friendly, the room was very clean however there are bare minimum's when it comes to room amenities so be sure to bring your own toiletries. I thoroughly enjoyed the front porch with the rockers that guests can use to sit and enjoy the ocean view! Seeing as this is on 15th street and smack dab in the middle of the boardwalk your access to everything is truly amazing. Harrison Hall is a true hidden OC gem! ”

“Room was clean and quiet and kitchen well stocked for our needs. Staff was nice. We were on the 1st floor so had a dunes view but had a small patio that led to grass area and the end of the boardwalk. Only bad thing was room was east facing and needed blackout blinds. Room was totally bright sat 6 am”

“from check in to check out great experience we stayed in the Cabana Suite. I have to mention the housekeeper from Friday to Sunday. The housekeeper Diamond was amazing very customer service oriented,friendly and approachable.Upon arrival there was a issue with a couch cushion and she arrived not longer after reporting to front desk staff and made sure the I issue was resolved even asking my input once completed task I never had that happen when she told my family if we need anything don't……

“The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back……
