“The room had a lot of mold and tone of ants all over. The fridge was so rushted. No coffee/ tea or kettle. Room was hot the air conditioning was not working. I had booked for 4 nights but checked out after one night. You can not stay at this dump. I found a 100 times better hotel right next door called Lalisa hotel. It’s cheaper and amazing breakfast included. The staff / owners are really nice and helpful as well. DO NOT stay at J Hotel it’s disgusting and rude staff not helpful at all. Save……

“The place is clean , close to everything . The only issue is that the rooms are noisy so you are going to hear everything from outside I always use earplugs so that was useful and my husband is heavy sleeper”

“Krabi is incredible, definitely go. That being said, I loved Koko Hostel but it’s not for everyone. Older building, run down amenities, leaky water connections everywhere. Koko does a great job of bringing people together, lots of hostel sponsored events and gatherings, I’ll be back for sure! ”

“Hotel in a good location for us and we liked the pool. As others have said the staff were a little absent but housekeeping was good and the room was clean and comfortable. ”

“Staff were alright. Very far walk to anything and hotel didn’t have much to sell so made for a lot of long walks up a lot of stairs”

“Breakfast was amazing. Bed was comfy, AC worked great. Water pressure was great & hot water in showers. Staff was top notch, made my medical stay in Thailand feel welcomed & safe. Even had them do a load of laundry and clothes were clean & smelled wonderdul. Super convenient location for walking, close to everything. I will be staying here again.”
