“The staff is AMAZING & very helpful! But the Property was extremely old and outdated for the price I paid, there’s ants everywhere in my room, doors don’t completely seal closed so a few nights I had to fight with lizards as well. Mold everywhere throughout the hotel and the pictures are nothing what the place looks like in person. The shower pressure is great and spacious. Wasn’t happy or pleased with the whole outlook of the place.”

“The room had a lot of mold and tone of ants all over. The fridge was so rushted. No coffee/ tea or kettle. Room was hot the air conditioning was not working. I had booked for 4 nights but checked out after one night. You can not stay at this dump. I found a 100 times better hotel right next door called Lalisa hotel. It’s cheaper and amazing breakfast included. The staff / owners are really nice and helpful as well. DO NOT stay at J Hotel it’s disgusting and rude staff not helpful at all. Save……

“Location was great. The price was great I came before the tourist season 300 baht it went up to 420. It was very clean. The only issues I had was that a drying rack broke. I applied very little pressure to it while drying my hands on a towel. I talked to them they offered me a new room I told them I was ok just wanted to avoid issues with poor construction (drying rack had three holes to screw in they used 2). They said they would fix Monday I left 2 days after still not done. I own a business……
