"I've seen negative reviews about this hotel on this and other platforms, but our experience was quite the opposite. Based on reviews, we thoroughly checked our rooms for bedbugs and found none. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The bathroom in our first floor room was spacious enough for my son's wheelchair, and it was an excellent bathroom for someone with limited mobility. "Great location close to the metro. But they only accepted cash payment for the city taxes even though the listing says they accept cards. They also use the system where you return your room key to the desk while you are outside of the hotel but they seem to take only hand written notes and for example, never asked for an ID, and it does not feel very secure. This would have been okay if it was clear up front what was happening, but it was very unexpected and only explained in french."
