"ブラインドが一部破損していて、外から室内が見える状態でした。通りに面している窓ではありませんでしたが、駅のホームから見える位置だったため、着替えなどをするのに気がかりでした。他に設備で気になったのは、少しの寝返りでもベッドがギシギシ音が出ることや、ドライヤーがあるのに鏡は電源のないバスルームにしかないこと、せっかく洗濯機があるのに干す場所やラックなどがないことが残念でした。 ただ、駅から近い点は本当に助かりました。また広さがあるし、流しやレンジがあるのも良かったです。"

"Not a great place to stay.Reception unattended at all times, no there to help you. Staff don’t care about guests, stayed there more than a week and the room was not even serviced once, shower was really bad not water pressure,cold or hot water very hard to get warm water. The only good thing about the place is the location, walking distance to one of the lifts, and theres a shuttle running every morning to The Hilton Hotel so you can buy your lift pass"

"Clean and cozy guesthouse. Breakfasts were delicious. Yamasan provided rides to local ski areas (and to medical appointments after my husband got injured); and both Yamasan and his wife were very helpful for organizing taxis and for shipping luggage. Arigato gozaimasu! "
