“They have roaches and when confronted the front desk was asked to leave !!!!!”

“El precio fue lo unico bueno pero la experiencia fue terrible y jamas me habia pasado slgo asi , Al llegar me dijeron que no habia cuartos disponibles y yo con mi reservacion lista ,fue algo terrible no recomiendo para nada ese lugar para nada”

“they basically scammed us. made us pay double the amount we were supposed to and saying Expedia cancelled our booking when we called and they confirmed it was not cancelled. Expedia even tried calling the motel and they would not pick up the phone. they then said they were charging more because of the festival (summer smash) and we watched them also do the same thing to other people. room was dirty and also was leaking from the ceiling and the door from the rain, the AC cover wasn't even on all……

“The unit was exactly as described in the listing and offered excellent value for the price. The location was also hard to beat, with easy access to downtown Chicago and nearby attractions. For the cost and convenience, it’s a very attractive option. I did not experience any communication issues with the host during my stay, and everything I needed was provided. That said, based on the level of interaction, I could see communication potentially becoming a concern if a significant issue arose……
