"Very friendly and helpful staff."

"It was a cheap place to sleep, and that’s about it. It is hard to describe just how tiny this room is. My college dorm was twice the size. The bathroom shower was difficult to close and let water go everywhere and we only had two towels for three people. The breakfast was ok, not great. Two of the three rooms we booked were clean but the third had been smoked in very recently and smelled bad. "

"The receptionist was very friendly lady. She was helpful and kind. The room was clean and warm but it did not have a set to serve a tea. When I realized that, I was already in my pajamas. I was distracted by a strong cleaning smell when went down for breakfast buffet. Tables and chairs (with cloth cushions) were sprayed with bleach solution. I had to put a paper on my cushion so I don’t get bleach stain on my pants because by this time all chairs were bleached due to big group just finished...

"Nice clean quiet room with tea and coffee but no milk. Comfortable lounge area with nice chesterfield sofas and free newspapers in the lobby. Good transport links about 5 min walk. "

"The room was modern, clean and heated. The bathroom was sufficient. We had a small leek in the shower. There was only one elevator which we had to wait for several times. At checkin we aldo had to wait a considerable amount of time till the receptionist came. Breakfast was pleasantly surprising. Many choices and the staff in charge of it was very helpful, friendly and constantly making sure nothing was running out and that everything was clean."

"Breakfast was pretty bad (limited, stale pastries) and people smoke right outside the front doors which are left open, so the smoke drags back inside all the way up to the first floor. Wifi was also really slow. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. "

"Excellent hotel, recently refurbished. For that price, amazing large, comfortable room, well laid out and well decorated. The owner is really nice and friendly. You can leave your car on the parking spots in front and join the city center by tram. I highly recommend this place."

"This was a good basic hotel, but in need of maintenance. Excellent room size for 3 people, with a good kitchenette. Carrefour supermarket close by which is handy. Parking was off site - but an easy 10 minute walk. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and close to the large shopping centre."

"The staff were cheerful and pleasant, the room was bright and clean, and the bed was confortable. Could not ask for more. Will come back next time I visit the area."

"Staffs were nice, friendly and informative. The hotel is old, more like motel, need up date and keep the outside area clean. The bed and linen sheets are cleaned but the carpet was not so it’s smell musty. The area is good and convenient to restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was very good more than what we expected, eggs and bacon etc. "
