"We were unable to access the property on arrival due to a lock failure and could not reach the host for several hours late at night, leaving us locked out after an international flight. We had to arrange a locksmith ourselves. After raising this issue, we were surprised to be accused of causing the lock problem and leaving the property in poor condition, which we strongly dispute. The situation was extremely stressful and overshadowed the start of our stay."

"The hostel is cosy and social. It’s not a party hostel, but people do socialise in the kitchen. The beds are the drawback here - they are rickety and every time someone moves in their bed, you can hear the springs. Also my bed moved every time the guy in the top bunk rolled around. I’m 193cm and couldn’t stretch out in the bed. Difficult to sleep. If you value your sleep, find another place. "

"Beautiful house in a beautiful location and with in walking distance to the beach. With heaps of cafes and shops nearby. The house was very clean and well looked after. Quentin was very helpful with any queries we had and checking into the house was a very simple process. Can’t wait to come back for another stay at this lovely house. "
