“Overbooked and no manager to talk to, instead staff placed us in a less than adequate place which is up on the third floor so we had to take the stairs and poor location far from beach and not of same caliber as described on website. The original place itself is awful not as described ”

“I love to stay at Golden Phoenix’s Hotel, comfortable, quiet and convenient and clean, bed is comfy. The staff are nice. Love the breakfast.”

“This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to……

“Very bad, I want to change the hotel to stay but couldn't refund. The washroom no 洗手洗面, only shower, how to wash my face? This is the first time I tried that I stay. Very poor, very very small room and will not stay here again. Fortunately, I stay three nights only.”

“The pictures that are posted online are very deceiving. The room has a musty smell and very dusty. The management didn’t do anything to accommodate us or even offer to transfer us to a different room. The floor feels unsettled. I would definitely caution booking this resort. I hope the owner/management would correct this issue ”
