"A world class accomodations experience with very thoughtful attention to detail by the staff. Comfortable beautiful rooms and private outdoor onsens available if booked at check in. Outstanding dinner and breakfast generally sources from local suppliers ingredients.Highly.recommend!"

お料理も源泉掛け流し温泉もサイコーでした。
お部屋の掃除が必要な場合は、外出時に一言お伝えしたほうが良いと思います。"

"扉はきしむし！鍵は潰れているし、虫やハエが出てくる。後、チェックアウトが10時だったので９時から支度を始めたが、スタッフさんが早く出て行って欲しそうに無言の圧力！挙げ句のはてに、わざとか分からないが、掃除しようと部屋に入ってこようとする。ちなみに掃除をしている若い男性の方は挨拶もしない。これで一泊素泊まり8300円は高過ぎる。次の日止まったライダーハウスは２泊したが4000円で、親切な上に部屋も綺麗で個室だった。もう２度とこのサイトを利用しないし、桂田も利用しない。"
