“The one staff member we encountered was terribly rude. She had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service. We were finishing up a two-week vacation, and the night front desk worker was the only rude person we encountered on our entire trip. She also gave the customer in front of us the keys to an already-occupied room which is reckless and potentially dangerous. He didn’t find out until he walked into the occupied room. “There was no place to hang towels and the rooms were smaller than they appeared. No closet. I was able to get coffee cups from the staff when I requested them. The breakfast variety was not very good. Pool did not look inviting and I saw no one using it.”

“The room door card is a magnetic card, which is difficult to operate, the air conditioning filter is very dirty, and there are many ants on the windowsill of the room.”

“The best thing was the staff Vending machine too high $4 for a soda and $3.25 for a bag of chips. The towels and rags were dirty and peeling in the bathroom and tiles. Security was lacking didn't feel safe in the room A lot of drug use and sells . Lot of people living in the hotel long term.”
