“This room is not well maintained. There is damage throughout including ripped fabric on the wall above the cabinets. One of the cabinet doors that is used for the owner and is locked was sticking out from the wall and is not closed correctly or is broken. The jets in the tub do not work and would randomly turn on when not in use. It is advertised as a fully stocked kitchen however there are no kitchen items in the room but you can call housekeeping if you need them. Even though this room is……

In my case, the property I booked was managed through a third-party provider (Zelloo), which made everything significantly more complicated. The listing looked decent online, but the reality was completely different—the property was outdated and clearly not maintained to any reasonable standard.”

“The room itself would be nice if they tried to keep it up to date they charge a cleaning fee but when I arrived it was far from my standard of clean. The plates and cups were dirty the floor had not been swept or vacuumed. Hair all over the bathroom floor and the counter tops were filthy in the kitchen and living area not to mention my friend stayed at the same hotel and had a very different experience in a different room. 4 day trip and only 3 towels is ridiculous Ruined my experience of all……
