“Was a nice and easy check in, very nice place and spacious enough, had everything we’d need.. only problem was the lack of cleanliness. Cob webs everywhere, dust and debris on the chairs and in creases of the bedroom suede walls, spiders in corners and cutlery provided has old food hardened within the cuts of the forks as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and left. Toilet also splashes water all over the seat when flushing causing the lid to be splattered with toilet water after every flush.”

“The owners were lovely. The place was clean and well located. The dining room with fridge and facilities was a great resource. Fantastic stay - highly recommended!”

“There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and parking was a nightmare; other cars were in the spot that were suppose to be designated for the listing. We had to pay to park over night. Pill out bed is not very comfortable. The host had great communication when we had trouble with accessing the check in instructions. Overall, wish the dishes in the dishwasher had been dealt with correctly as we planned on eating breakfast there in the morning before leaving but had no clean cutlery!”

“Small rooms”

“Small but perfectly formed! Clean, smart cottage very close to all the restaurants and amenities of Bowness. Beautifully decorated and kitted out and whilst small, it was ideal for two people for a short break.”

“We had such a lovely stay in this cozy cottage. There is a terrific bakery steps away and a two grocery stores just around the corner. We had no trouble with the self check in and check out. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed and the appliances all worked well. The 'deer' third bedroom is up some very steep and small stairs, so just be cautious of that. It is all well decorated with the animal themes and the beds were cozy to sleep in. The price for three nights is a bit……

“ Convenient location close to train station, bus departures, supermarket and start of shopping and restaurant streets. Small room with adequate ensuite and character to decoration.”

“Fantastic location, easy parking and a good use of the space ! Information guide was super helpful, with kitchen so well equipped for all the little things ! Lovely little bathroom too. Nice and quiet with easy access. Will definitely be coming back !”

“Dirty towels were left in the bathroom when we checked in. The bedlinen and dinner table were not properly clean. Called the customer service and they did not send anyone over on the same day. Had to follow up with another call on the next day morning before they send someone over in the afternoon to clean it. The facilities, however are good and the apartment is otherwise accommodating.”

“It's such a great apartment for staying 2 nights there. The only thing would be there is no ventilator in bathroom or no switches there. Also, the address was not clear so it's a bit difficult to find the correct location after picking up the key. This can be improved.”

“Stayed for 5 nights early June, all round value for money close to amenities, bus stop very close, instructions in property easy to understand no issues during stay will deffo book again next time”
