“Very clean, comfortable environment, the only drawback is that the air in the room is a bit stuffy”

“We were checked in virtually...impersonal and unprofessional, in my opinion. Room assigned to us had a window that didn't lock and a curtain that had been cut. We reported it and were moved to a different room which was clean and had no damages. We lost about an hour of time (after a 12-hour travel day) to be able to explore Fort Bragg, due to having to try to communicate with the virtual person on the kiosk and changing rooms. Only complaint about the new room was the fitted sheet on the bed……

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay. My first room had visible mold throughout the shower area. I informed the front desk that I have a mold allergy and was moved to a different room, only to find that the second room also had visible mold in the shower. The rooms felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard I expected. To make matters worse, someone attempted to open my room door during my stay, which left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about security. The complimentary……

“The room was updated, spacious and clean. It was conveniently located to the highway and to the downtown area. We were surprised at the quality for the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again.”

“Property is a great location. Getting to the beach is difficult. The carpet of our room was filthy. I walked on it without socks and shoes a few times and the bottom of my feet were black. I assumed it had to do with the hot tub, and people getting the floor wet and dirt collecting.”
