「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

Location was superb with many amenities in walking distance. I would take half a star off for the actual room I was given, it was musty smelling but otherwise very clean. 」

「We stay often at Drury Valley Park and have always loved the place. However, we were not aware that the hotel was under remodel construction. I needed to work remotely and the construction noise was high level making concentration difficult. The outdoor pool was impacted from the construction debris. The refrigerator in the room was not the ones that fit correctly in the cubicle and was unsteady. I hope the hotel gets back to its normal routine and quality soon. 「It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.」
