“Para ser un hotel , las habitaciones no tenían servicio de nevera, segundo, nunca cambiaron la ropa de cama, ni tan siquiera nos dejaban agua . Según ellos la primera noche solo dos botellas de agua ,las próximas tenias que comprarla. El hielo lo daban por filtracion. Si haces reserva ion a través de Expidia, indica que incluye desayuno. El cual no es cierto el desayuno del hotel era vendido. O sea No vuelvo a Reservar en el Hotel Provenza Garden.”

“The hotel has reduced the small but important details that it offered in the past. This is an actual comparison between our last visits to the hotel in 2017 and 2025: For instance, no complimentary water bottle at the room; no box of paper tissues, as in the past, only two small paper towels the first day and no more; no courtesy pen at the room, etc. This shows us that these "savings" policies have been implemented by the managenent giving the clients a poor assesment.”

“Room is big and the rate is attractive. the breakfast is good. But the hotel is very old but it is refurbished and well. Facing the Plaza and nice viewing but noisy until mid-night。Located in the commercial centre and you can buy every things.”

“The hot tub doesn’t have a heat setting and looks great but not functional. The WiFi is virtually none existent and the parking is a nightmare. Some of the staff are very unhelpful.”
