“I rarely write a review but I think this hotel experience categorically does not deserve a rating of over 8, given that our room: - was next to a public alleyway, meaning the curtains had to be closed the whole time, allowing for no natural light - had no door between the bedroom and toilet, with a short distance between the two, absolutely zero privacy I imagine we were given one of the worst rooms in the hotel, but regardless this is completely subpar quality for the experience expected!”

“Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....”

“This is the first time I have stayed at a Staycity hotel, but I will definitely be seeking them out in future travels. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was clean with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was great for walking around Bordeaux and accessing transit. My only complaint is that the kitchenette sink is tiny and it’s difficult to wash all the provided dishes in there/ have somewhere for them to dry, but I did appreciate having so many amenities……
