"Room as perfect , we had to change due to a wheelchair fault however they helped without hesitation. Amazing and friendly staff . Only issues we had was the food really. However they do try and cater for Everyone . And some guests speaking to the staff as they were dirt as English guests we were mortified by this . And wish the staff were allowed to answer back the way they should, but they were more respectful in just standing there taking it . "

"Only stayed one night after late flight from UK, which was delayed so checked in around 02.30am. Friendly welcome even at that time. Good clean room with balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Good choice for breakfast- friendly and helpful staff."

"Absolutely loved it here! Beautiful hotel with a lovely relaxing pool area. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The bed is very comfy and rooms are a good size. The location is close to Faliraki - 15 min walk to the shops and beach. Quite a lot of choice for the breakfast too. Would absolutely love to come back soon!"

"Such an incredible stay, exceeded expectations. The property is spotless and well maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette, it was very spacious. The bedding, towels, dressing gown and slippers gave a luxury feel. The kitchen was very well equipped and a shop round the corner. Charaki Bay is a 6 minute drive walk, plenty of tavernas, very peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend visit early morning the water is so calm and beautiful. "This was high value for the money. We had a family room that was bigger than expected. Nice pool shared with the hotel next by. Super close to the beach. A bonus that the poolbar across the street let's you use their pool, sunbeds and access to the beach if you buy, drinks, breakfast or lunch. Location makes it easy to catch a cab in any direction. We choose the hotel for its location to the beach vs distans from airport. We could start to enjoy our vacation directly. Staff very welcoming...

"The service and kindness of Vivienne and her Mum was outstanding. The hotel is close to the centre of Faliraki but far enough to be peaceful. Great pool and quality air conditioning.The wifi is only in the pool/ cafe area but it is good quality."
