“The room was beautiful, and the staff was extremely helpful. Especially given the fact that Expedia charged me for a room, but never sent my reservation to the hotel. I ended up standing in the lobby for 45 minutes trying to get in touch with an actual human being on the phone to explain the situation. When I finally got in touch with someone they were attempting to make me pay for another room or stay at a less expensive hotel even though I already paid for a reservation and my card had been……

“We had a great stay at this clean, modern, beautiful Marriott. Great location on the Chattahoochee River with a river walk trail right outside the back of the hotel. A bridge going over the river lets you walk around uptown Columbus. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only one drawback - the water pressure of the shower was super weak. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly as well as the maid assigned to our floor. The staff at the bistro were not quite as friendly in the……
