「Check-in is very efficient. The reception staff is very kindly and helpful. The hotel provides free shuttle but to airport. And it also provides morning call. Compared with my previous experience in IBIS Bucharest, this Ibis is much better.」

「Me ha gustado todo, supero lo mejor, verdadera sorpresa con una cocina ,limpia y, con una nevera, grande que enfria muy bien-la television de 55 " con cadenas como NEFLIX. etc -el desayuno muy bueno-completo. Si estas acostumbrado a viajar por este mundo, te das cuenta que el hotel relacion CALIDAD ,PRECIO MUY BUENA- SEGURO QUE VOLVERIA A HOSPEDARME AQUI. 」

「Nice hotel」

「酒店早餐不錯，房間乾淨企理的，床很舒適，讓我得到放鬆，浴室洗澡水才充足，馬桶給力，很乾淨。地點很方便，接近大巴車站，主要是治安很好。」

「The hotel is, honestly, past its prime. However, given the exceptionally low price, one knows that going in. Given that, it was clean and comfortable and walkable to all of the major attractions in Sofia. 」

「Smooth check-in, free bottled water, capsule coffee, tea and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Sound insulation is not good but acceptable.」

「Location 」

「The location of the hotel is excellent, near public transport, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarket. The rooms are big with air condition and mini fridge, smart TV, WiFi. The hotel isn't new but it was confortable, good value for the money. First couple of nights was very quiet but the third night I had very strange sound coming from the roof (it might was the pipes), haha I couldn't sleep but it happened just onece and the staff said it will ask technical person to check it....

「Vastaanotto auki 24/7 joten myöhäinen sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja siivoojat siistivät huoneen päivittäin, siellä oli raikas tuoksu. Ruoka ei ollut suomalaiseen makuun kovin hyvää ja lounaalla ja illallisella aina samat ruoat lähes päivittäin. Aktiviteetit ei myöskään toteutuneet kun ei tarpeeksi osallistujia. Sijainti oli hyvä ja oma yksityinen ranta omalla rantabaarilla plussaa.」
