“What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because……

“Easy no-meeting checkin. Communication was excellent and responses were quick and clear when needed. The room was as pictured and expected. Excellent location in a somewhat residential neighborhood with local restaurants and bars. Easy walking access to all tourist spots, including the waterfront. The hills did not disappoint 😅”

“Chambre propre. Serviettes et draps à disposition. Belles grandes fenêtres. Air climatisée, micro-onde, frigidaire et congélateur, humidificateur, télévision, batterie et vaisselle de cuisine. Le seul point négatif était que la toilette était brisée et qu’il n’y a pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, ce qui rend rapidement l’appartement humide et chaud.”
