Broxbourne 3 Stars Hotels

"Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "

"Excellent hotel overlooking the Blackheath green space outside of Canary Wharf. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff in the breakfast and bar are unusually friendly for London, lol. Great place. A rare treat to have a small village like atmosphere. Parking is an issue and very expensive if you do happen to be driving. The hotel has free spaces for guests, but it is potluck getting one. Blackheath station is on the Southeastern so good access to London Bridge etc. "

"Great location and staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel is great value for money - only comment I would make was the lack of a TV and a table of some kind - obviously down to the size of the room. Otherwise perfect for a weekend break in London. "

"Had a great stay at this property! The breakfast was super convenient and well done definitely a huge plus. Shea and Natalia were very helpful as well. The skylight room isn’t huge but it’s perfect for a solo traveler / couple. I will definitely be back when I’m in town as the location was perfect and I really enjoyed the affordability of this hotel. "

"My stay was fine. There's some renovation work in the building next door and that was LOUD in the AM. Not the hotel's fault. The solo room is definitely cramped, but it works for short stays. Convenient location. Only noteworthy matter is that there are no USB outlets in the room, so bring a wall plug or conversion if necessary to charge your devices."

"Lovely cozy hotel in Paddington London. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked temperature control in room, in terms of having heat on when I wanted it. I also would like face cloths and hand towels to go along with the provided bath towels. If you like charming and typically English, you owe it to yourself to check The Mitre House out!"

"Close to the Tube and not overly busy. Four flights of stairs was hard with luggage though. Good place to stay."

"Room was clean but the bedlinen could be a lot better. The duvet cover was worn and bobbled so felt rather rough. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all and the sink was tiny. However the shower was spacious and had a good water jet. Great location."
