「The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay」

「酒店不論大堂及房間很整潔，職員有禮亦主動協助。 唯兩個垃桶均未有套用垃圾袋，清潔員工在退房後相信需要較多時間清理。建議最少洗手間的垃圾桶套用垃圾袋為佳。」

「The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind. However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!」

「nice location, breakfast is very good.」

「I don’t have the standard equipment at my room (eg:television, hairdryer, table, chair, refrigerator) and need to pay for standard services.」

「Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful 」

「The location is good but the price is not as bargain as expected. Cleaning up requires registering at reception instead of hanging the sign provided. Air conditioning turned off automatically every night. I had to get up to turn on again. Water and the drain are slow.」

「Somehow there was no hot water for me to bath, depends on my luck. room is too small and there is almost no place for me to open the suitcase, the room was clean but there was some smell.」

「So far so good, the room is too narrow and small」

「房間整潔 有足夠空間感」

「此住宿環境優美，寧靜，自駕方便，就算搭火車到倫敦中心亦只不過25分鐘。 酒店職員服務態度十分好，餐飲好味。」

「Good location 」

「Overpriced for a tiny room that is falling apart. Hotel looks great from the outside, but that good feeling ends once you step into the room. Smallest room I have EVER seen, the shower is worst - even a smaller man like me couldn't turn around comfortably without opening the door. It also sinks around 3 inches down the floor, so it is harder to get in and out. All wooden parts are either peeling or cracking - got a minor cut from wood splinter at the bathroom door. The only "table" could only...

「Good location, variety of food options 」

「The staff was not helpful. We found our hairdryer out of order (giving out smoke and burning smell when it's on) at midnight and told the staff member at the lobby and his reply was: 'I can't do anything with it.'」

「Always reliable and affordable」
