The lighting around the bed, bathroom mirror, and cute bunny decor in the room was nice and felt very contemporary. The staff at the front was always friendly and helpful.
The biggest problems we had about the room were that there was no window, no tv, and no shelving or places to put anything.
We didn’t think that not having a window would matter too much, but the first morning that we woke up and it was still pitch black in the room was definitely undesirable.
The lack of shelving, tables, and hooks was really bad. It wouldn’t cost much at all to put up a few things for guests- like literally nowhere to put clothes or suitcases (all of those items had to go on the tile floor). The bathroom only had room for a toothbrush and a hairbrush on the top of the sink, and then the 3” recessed tiny shelf in the bottom of the sink could hold a few small trinkets, but that was only after taking the small towels out and putting the extra roll of paper on the tile floor.
Towels had no where to go… the bath towels had a small hook for two of them, and other wise they had to be balanced on the side of the sink.
The trash can was TINY and there was only one. If you threw away an empty bottle, it’s full.
When they had supposedly come in to clean the room, the towels were changed, but the sheet had hair on it… I just assumed it was mine and that the sheets weren’t changed. Speaking of sheets, there was only a bottom flat sheet and no top sheet… just a duvet on top.
