「While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower. 」

「Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?」

「Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed.
Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city.
Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this.
