「Nice Stay」

「The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....

「Nice people working at the desk. Really liked the way they send you text messages asking if the room is acceptable. Did not care that room sink has no drain stop - when I asked maintenance he replied “it's a drain” it would be not to worry a out dropping things down the drain.」

「The staff were very helpful especially Nicole at reception and shuttle service. Room layouts, upkeep, cleanliness and quietness all very good. Had dinner downstairs and thought the food could be better (my wife’s appetizer (flatbread and goat cheese?) was very good but my burger was way overcooked. Drinks were made well but the bartender needs to smile once in a while. All in all we’d recommend this rather new IHG hotel!」
