“床单很脏”

“I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a very comfortable setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room and property were kept nice and clean. The restaurant was very satisfying I enjoyed breakfast and dinner there. They also have a open bar that you can even order from in the restaurant section. There are lots of other restaurants and a Maverick near by making it convenient for food selections and getting convenient supplies. Overall I was very satisfied, I would definitely stay at this……

“We stayed at the Hotel Chimayo during my spring break. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is older, but that’s part of the Santa Fe experience. It was a prime location, meaning we were able to walk to every shop, museum and church in the area. The room was nice, the people were friendly and the attached restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast is not part of the package, but we preferred walking to the coffee shops in the morning. The front porch of the hotel was our favorite place to sit after……

“Pool was not available. When booking you should provide information on the website of any "maintenance closures" so that prior arrangements can be made. Specially during spring break when families are traveling for a fun weekend getaway. Even though your sister property was available for use, I did not want to leave the hotel to go swimming. It's an inconvenience. Also, you all did not provide a refund or credit for amenities being that your pool was not in service. Your elevators, only one was……

“Nice room , clean but noticed pillows had no pillow cases which was odd , our thought was maybe housekeeping forgot them . Overall we enjoyed our stay .”
