“Everything was 10/10 perfect,”

“We booked the Bosque Suite, & overall loved our stay! There was plenty to do around the property, including exploring short trails into the forest, checking out the animals (geese, ducks, chickens, & pony) around the property, relaxing in the (small) pool or jacuzzis, enjoying the nightly outdoor movie screenings (Spanish dubs, English subtitles), & spa access. Everything around the property was very clean, & housekeeping was great in tidying our room daily. We very much enjoyed having a……

“Staff was friendly and helpful even before we got there, breakfast was amazing every morning as was all food served. Assistance with coordinating trusted drivers to/from the airport was so helpful! Having the hike to the waterfalls on site was the perfect daily activity.”

“it's one of the best place i have stayed! when you opening the window in the morning, a group of cows leisurely grazing on the grass, the river, the sun made everything like a paradise. the hosts are very passionate of what they do, the place and facilities are very well maintained. location is in the middle of cocora valley and salento. great experience.”

“Muy buen desayuno ok”

“Fantastic views, staff were always very friendly. The hot tub was quite nice to enjoy the scenery, but the room overhead fan did not work and with panoramic windows the room got very hot during the day. A small floor fan provided a bit of comfort but not much else. Not much path lighting walking to your room at night.”

“I arrived Sunday evening and checked in. Was not provided a wi fi password and couldn’t reach the host. Monday morning we had a horrific earthquake and I ran out of the room. Maybe 6 hours later, I was told that they will have a different room ready for me. I was very concerned about going back into the building as it had significant structural damage. Anyway that was the option they gave me. At about 0100 in the morning, my room had 3-4 inches of water. I got up to look and found the room next……

“We loved”

“great hotel and good restaurant out front. staff disappeared in the evening. room great with fan, balcony, large bathroom. did n't like the "air freshener", i do not appreciate chemicals sprayed in my room. if the room is properly cleaned, it will not smell bad. this room was very well cleaned.”

“Por el precio que pague en este hotel, en Manizales y en la misma area pueden encontrar mejores opciones y con mayores comodidades y mejor atencion. Soy ciudadana Americana, resido en USA y me han cobrado impuestos adicionales a mi llegada al hotel, lo cual no debio ser.”

“Is a pretty place to relax and enjoy a beautiful view. Close to the center and safe town”

“Me cobraron más del valor pactado con Expedia, no volveré a reservar a través de este portal”

“Me gustó mucho la atención. Recomiendo asegurarse de que no estén construyendo cerca de la habitación porque el ruido molesta. Sin embargo una vez hay privacidad es excelente La comida y bebidas son deliciosas Las facilidades son muy amenas y tienen varias actividades para hacer. Recomendamos las cabalgatas privadas”
