"I was in town for the Chris brown concert Friday-Sunday. The room was clean. But the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. We were already going to run the washer but it was gross to see. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I like the location everything was close by. The free breakfast was ok. The first day the food was subpar. The second day it was pretty good. The view of Lake Michigan was great. I would return. I would just request better pillows. "

"The location is great near the financial district. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby such as the opera house."

"Great location right next to Blue line train. The hotel manager was extremely accommodating and his staff is very friendly. The property is very clean, the hot breakfast had everything and it was tasty. Only downside was water pressure was low for showers making shower experience disappointing. Ten minutes by car from United Center will stay here again for games and other activities. "
