「I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :(」

「The staff was EXCELLENT! I texted before I arrived. They were VERY FRIENDLY. the room was clean and WARM. the shower was nice but there wasn't very much hot water... Just enough for 2 quick showers. I'm sure the water getting cool was timing. The bed was comfortable. Parking was tight. I have nothing bad to say about this place. 」

「The room was perfect for a relaxing stay! The room was clean, with great views of the scenery. Words cannot describe how beautiful the mountain views are from the Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful with activities in the area. From the moment we walked into the room, our stress abated. Highly recommend staying at Hot Springs Inn!」
