"Lobby and service desk were the quality I would expect of Hampton Inn. Not impressed with the rooms. Much older than any other Hampton I've stayed and they are my hotel of choice. No body wash, no conditioner in shower dispensers. Bathroom tile old and stained. Would not recommend or return to this location. Great area, but hotel was not worth price. "

"We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area. About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance. "Nice quiet and clean. We did have s small problem with a couple roaches making their way into a load of bread we bought to make sandwiches when we were hiking and found a couple in the bathroom. Bought a 2nd loaf and kept it in the fridge. Other than the wasted bread the villa was lovely. Villa #1115"
