「This experience was extremely unprofessional.
From start to end.
We arrived at 1pm for an early check in. I spoke with the general manager the day beforehand to receive the okay to check in early.
We were in an agreement, that we could check in early.
At arrival, front desk explained that they don’t do that, there are absolutely no rooms available , and big booking the night beforehand. So maids are behind.
We , explained the confusion to the front desk and didn’t understand why we were given...

「This made our short list due to having a pool and distance from the convention center. Unfortunately their pool was closed (permanently - according to their sign). They should remove that amenity from their offerings so that guests aren’t misled.」
