"Feels amazing! Every dollar well spent! First if feels like home for an Asian when you had to remove your shoe the moment you step into the hotel. You can walk bare feet from your room to your lobby and even to have breakfast. Next, the breakfast spread is mad crazy good and value for money ITS A MUST! Remember to add the breakfast option hands down! Room is clean, toilet is great as well! Next, the public onsen for guest is also pretty chill! Would book this hotel again for sure!"

Location: * Convenient: about 5-7 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Bus Terminal * About 15–20 minutes walk from the main attractions like Matsumoto Castle * Lawson and Family Mart convenience stores at your doorstep * Safe and quiet neighbourhood Rooms: * The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean * Beds are really comfortable * The hotel provides guests with their owj junbei to wear in the room and around the hotel premises Amenities and service: * Staff were very friendly and helpful; check-in was a breeze * I was totally amazed at the buffet breakfast which featured such a delicious variety of Japanese dishes. "Loved the central location to Matsumoto train and bus station. The hotel was walking distance to the castle, frog walkway, Media Garden and restaurants. The room was comfortable and loved the self-service amenities offered (toiletry options, coffee, tea). Would definitely stay again!"

"Very easy process to self check in, room spotless, great free drinks options, excellent breakfast (would recommend getting double portion of 'toast', which is delivered to your door at specified time (you must choose order before 11pm). Great location next to lake front. Would def stay again 😎"
