"Everything was fine, I just didn’t like that they charged my credit card without asking, I was going to pay with another card when I arrived, as my reservation said, pay at property. "

"Booked because it was near the airport and I was only there for one night. Everything was great, from the shuttle to the staff. Only "complaint" is that I think they need new pillows as the stuffing was way worn out but that may have just been my room that night."

"One issue I found with the windows externally needs washing. The shower in the restroom needed a drain along the threshold entering the shower area to stop water from leaching into the rest of the restroom. Everything else is perfect love my stay at the Sheraton."

"The hotel is clean and located close to the highway and airport. Mos of the staff is friendly and looking to help. Nevertheless I had a bad experience with a shuttle young driver, he parked blocking the way out in front of the lobby, when I gently asked him to move the van so me and other persons could leave we walked out took a look and just reply to me, " you can go that way" which is narrowed way in. I considered this a lack of interest on your guests safety and service attitude."

"Nice overnight before our flight "

"Very impressed! I live in the area, and most of the hotels tend to go downhill very quickly around here as there are quite a bit of homeless people not far from here under the bridge, so I was very hesitant to stay here, but a bad storm and power loss caused me to get a hotel. Very clean, very nice, and the front staff was very nice as well! Gates lock after 5pm and you need your keycard to get in and out...really liked that!"

"The young lady at check-in/out was very professional, helpful, and informative! She should get a pay raise! I’m grateful she was there to help me with my stay and to answer my questions and make suggestions! Kids were loud in the hallways. My room felt humid. The hallways were smelly. "

"I waited one hour for the shuttle to your hotel. Was not happy with that because I was exhausted. The fridge in the room is loud. Otherwise, I had a good stay. Thank you. "

"We had a relaxing stay at this hotel, it was very quiet. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The room was fairly nice however the Bathroom door failed to latch the curtains didn't want to close or open and the commode flushed strangely. It was a nice stay overall."
