"If you're looking for a B&B to stay in Grand Junction, then this is the place. The place is small and cosy, and only has 5 rooms, which are well appointed, and made to feel like your own home away from home. Brenda is a very good host and does home cooked breakfasts every morning. It's a short drive from the centre of town, and a great base to explore the surrounding area. Friday nights are a great time to visit. The surrounding area on and below the Grand Mesa is beautifully scenic and dense with great adventure activities year round."

"Hotel is comfortable, clean & just off I-70. Someone there thinks it’s a good idea to charge $14.00 to park in their parking lot. ( a service which is free at 90+ % of non- big city hotels). There is no free breakfast which is ok as their rates are modest. The parking fee is a money grab and has PISSED OFF many former regular customers. It’s bad policy and 2nd rate hospitality at a hotel that should know better. "
