Edward and his wife were especially wonderful — not only did they wait for me, but they are an extremely kind couple who provide excellent service and make you feel truly welcome. I also forgot my AirPods at the hotel, and they are making arrangements to return them to the USA. Their honesty, care, and professionalism really stood out. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend this hotel.”
