One night into the stay we had a bad leak in the bathroom right over the toliet and let them know immediately, they said someone would come look at it and no one did. We made do, then one of the “workers” tried coming into our room unannounced and was only stopped because we had the latch, no knock and not even sure if it was a worker. We felt unsafe without the confirmation and if it was a worker why not accounted yourself before barging in? After...

「I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend...
