「The accommodation environment is very good in all aspects, but the only thing I don't like is parking because I have to be picked up every time to go out, which wastes a lot of time!」

「Unfortunately I was unable to get a hold of this property the week of. I guessed I would get check in details upon arrival. When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children. They called me a no show and it has been a nightmare. I will not use this service again. 」
