“Good location Staff really nice with passion I had a day tour was start early morning, so the suggested a breakfast to go, really impressive! Room is comfortably, enough space for solo trip, bath area is a bit small but clean Room night is really humanity, but they use light sensor system in the corridor, it's a bit dark and not so sensitive, recommended to adjust the timer maybe 1 more min lasting, safety and environmental friendly is both important! “The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“El personal fue muy amable y nos explicó todo. La habitación era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. El punto negativo (que no depende del hotel) es que los huéspedes de arriba estuvieron más de 1 hora corriendo (literalmente) por la habitación y aunque fuese un niño, siempre se puede pedir que paren en un tiempo prudente (yo también tengo niños)”

“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying.
