“The temperature control in our room was inadequate, making for an uncomfortable night’s stay. To add to the discomfort, the built-in TV didn’t work at all. Every time we tried to access its programming, it didn’t respond, as if the remote was never set up with the cable box. Not only was it hot and humid, but we also had no TV to turn on for some background noise. It was the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had at any hotel.”

“Had to switch rooms twice because of dirty toilets and sinks. The lady at the front desk was wonderful though, despite being overworked! She deserves a raise!”

“Not sure why I chose to stay at a Marriott - seem to be low on choices in the last two I stayed at - no liquid creamer for coffee, but thankful for breakfast; no hot tub. No staff available when we arrived. Have a fee with no explanation.”
